1976/’77 Weslake Mk4 This bike is one of two that our Son Chad found in Canyon Country, California (not far from where he lives). See 1978/’79 SOHC Weslake/Comet. This is also the second Speedway bike that Chad raced, (the first being one that he bought from Charlie Venegas, an 898 Jawa). This Weslake shows the wear and tear from Chad’s beginning seasons and has not been restored. This Weslake was also owned and raced by American Lance King. Engine stampings (L K 2) verify this. Lance spent a good deal of time racing in Europe, England and the U.S. |
